Trump says a 25% tariff 'must be paid by Apple' on iPhones not made in the U.S.

Apple will sue...and win, if the tariffs aren't applied uniformly to all smartphones not made in the US.

At least Trump is being a little bit more honest about who actually pays the tariffs.
