This was posted here a few weeks ago. I was particularly intrigued about preloading pages when you hover over a link. That's a pretty decent indicator that a visitor wants to click that link, and if there's lots of server side caching, it's mostly harmless. I decided to implement that on my blog, and it seems to be a bit faster.
