The question that immediately comes to mind is why anyone really wants a connected air fryer?

An air fryer is really just a convection oven --- a resistance heating element with a fan for circulation.

Time and temperature are the basic controls.

Easy rule to avoid this sort of thing: don't buy network-connected devices that have no actual need to be network-connected. If you encounter a situation where that's unavoidable, don't set up the network connection or (if you're really pressed) firewall the thing off entirely.

the next thing will be the wifi-AI-smart-toilete-paper-unroller, that spies on your sh*tting behaviour. That offers much more details about one's consumption habbits (read it as: what goes out, must once have gone in) and - of course - offers the best opportunity to push adverts in times, when almost everyone is holding the mobile for sure.

Won't buy.
