Curious if all these people are OpenAI employees / contractors? It isn't clear from the website or the paper that was shared in another comment.
Also just my takeaway from the long list of names - an elaborate LLM or AI/ML framework like this is impossible for one person to do, it really requires a large team.
Given a list of contributors it's not that hard to reverse-engineer the specific engineering choices made by looking up their publication history.
